Conditions And Regulations

Entry to the Showground will not be permitted after 9:00pm.

Alcohol:
No alcohol may be brought onto the Showground. Alcohol purchased on site may only be consumed in the defined area.
Anyone reasonably suspected of being affected by alcohol or drugs will be refused entry, or asked to leave the Showground.

All bags and backpacks must be presented for inspection at entry gates.

The following items may not be brought into the Showground:

• Glass containers
• Alcohol
• All substances considered by the NSW Police to be prohibited substances (i.e. drugs)
• Dangerous items (e.g. knives etc.)

Anti-social behaviour:
Anti-social behaviour will not be accepted on the Showground.

The Bulahdelah Show Society reserves the right to determine what constitutes “anti-social behaviour” but advises that the following activities fall into the anti-social behaviour category:

• Running, pushing, shoving
• Assembled groups impeding the free passage of the public in gateways or access ways to buildings on the Showgrounds
• Participating in fights or melees (or standing around encouraging and/or observing such actions)
