How you could benefit

Volunteering

We welcome members of the community to join us in pulling together a successful show each year. Even just an hour or two of your time can make a huge difference!

If you would like to offer your time to volunteer in the canteen, pavilions, stewarding, or another area of the show, please get in touch with our secretary or the relevant section steward which can be found here.

We can tailor inclusions and costs to suit your needs, or simply pick a tier, and we can go from there.

Can benefits be customised?

Absolutely! We encourage prospective sponsors to talk to us about tailoring inclusions and costs to suit your needs.

Do you offer in‑kind sponsorships?

Yes. Goods and services are welcomed and are greatly appreciated by the committee and our community.

How are sponsors acknowledged online?

We list all sponsors on our website with provided logos, links to your preferred site and social media acknowledgements. This may be subject to changed depending on on the sponsorship package or tailored agreement.

Do I need to be a member to volunteer?

We welcome volunteers from the whole community, you do not need to be a member of our show or on the committee to lend a hand! There is no obligation to do any more than what you wish to offer when helping out with our show.
